STYJVFT series of mining flameproof and intrinsically safe permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency speed regulation integrated electric roller with high performance rare earth permanent magnet excitation, has a simple structure and reliable operation ;It has characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency and so on. 

 It is applicable to coal mine methane and explosive gas environment, used for underground belt conveyor drive. The roller diameter covers from 630mm to 1250mm, the bandwidth covers from 800 to 2400mm, the power is 37kW-315kW, the belt speed is 1.0-5m/s, the products has the following characteristics: 

variable frequency drive and permanent magnet roller are designed and integrated together, which has simple and compact structure,and can realize continuous speed regulation. 

 The distance of the power supply between the frequency conversion part and the permanent magnet roller has shortened, which fundamentally solves the problem of harmonic voltage interference caused by the long power supply cable. 

  It is applicable to multi-point drive belt and achieve long- distance transportation, reduce belt strength, save equipment costs. 

 The starting torque reaches 2.2 times of the rated torque to realize the heavy load starting of the equipment. 

 The drive unit equipment configuration and is simplified by the common cooling system between motor and inverter, which saves significantly the space. 

 system maintenance is free and only need to inject grease every 3000 hours. 

Magnetic pole search technology can effectively solve the start vibration and achieve smooth start. 

Flux weakening control technology which can achieve the full speed operation under low voltage supply, adapts to the voltage fluctuation application scenarios. 

Master-slave power balance was achieved through CAN bus communication, the stronger anti-interference ability is reliable for multi-drive system. 

 The integrated operation protection is realized through the integrated design between the motor and the inverter.
